David J. Cox is the Vice President of Development at Cypress, where he is involved in analyzing real estate investments, development and asset management. Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Cox worked in the land division of Perry Homes managing the development of residential communities and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Prior to Perry Homes, Mr. Cox worked at the engineering firm Carter & Burgess designing infrastructure for master planned communities. Mr. Cox received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
