Greg W. Gitcho, Vice President of Acquisitions with Cypress, is responsible for investment acquisitions and various asset management activities. Before joining Cypress, Mr. Gitcho was a Senior Associate with AIG’s Global Real Estate Investment Group in New York City. Mr. Gitcho received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to his post-graduate studies, Mr. Gitcho worked for five years developing single family residential communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Mr. Gitcho is an active member of the ULI and ICSC.
